📜 Terms of Service: The Adventurer’s Code

Welcome to shoptankstreasures.com. By entering our tavern and using our services, you (the "Adventurer") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the code, you may not access the shop or use our services.

1. The Agreement

This website is operated by Tanks Treasures Candle Company (TTCC). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to TTCC. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

2. Shop Requirements

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

3. Intellectual Property (The Sacred Scrolls)

All content on this site, including but not limited to Aly’s crochet patterns, candle designs, images, and text, is the property of Tanks Treasures Candle Company.

  • Personal Use Only: When you purchase a crochet pattern PDF, you are granted a license for personal use. You may not redistribute, sell, or share the digital file with others.

  • Finished Goods: You may sell physical items you make from Aly's patterns, but we ask that you give credit to Tanks Treasures as the pattern designer.

4. Accuracy of Billing and Account

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. If your "Raven" (email) or "Tavern Address" (shipping address) changes, please update your account promptly so we can fulfill your orders.

5. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our shop uses Shopify to host our store and various partners to fulfill our white-label candles. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, or content made in connection with any third-party websites.

6. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site:

  • For any unlawful purpose.

  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others.

  • To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code (Dark Magic).

  • To collect or track the personal information of others.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tanks Treasures Candle Company does not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. In no case shall our directors, officers, or partners be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the land where Tanks Treasures Candle Company operates.
