🛡️ Refund & Returns: The Merchant’s Agreement

At Tanks Treasures Candle Company (TTCC), we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your loot. However, because our items are conjured, poured, woven, and sourced specifically for you, we have specific rules for returns and exchanges based on the type of treasure you purchased. Please read this scroll carefully before completing your quest at checkout.
📜 1. Digital Goods (Crochet Patterns)
The Short Version: All sales of digital PDF patterns are final. Because digital files are delivered instantly by "arcane means" (email) and cannot be "returned" to our shelves, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any crochet patterns created by our Master Weaver, Aly.
The Exception: If you receive a corrupted file or the download link fails to work, please contact us at Support@shoptankstreasures.com so we can restore your access to the ancient texts!
🎲 2. The Vault of Runic Dice (Partner Loot)
We have a 30-day return policy on all premium dice, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The Condition Rule: To be eligible for a return, your dice must be in the exact same condition that you received them, completely unused, and in their original packaging.
The Return Label: If your return is accepted, our partners will provide a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Warning: Items sent back without first officially requesting a return will be rejected at the gates and not accepted.
🕯️ 3. Physical Goods (TTCC Candles & Handmade Crochet)
Our candles are custom-made through our white-label Alchemist partners the moment you place your order, and Aly's physical crochet creatures are meticulously handcrafted.
The "No Take-Backs" Rule: Because these items are printed-to-order or handmade-to-order, we cannot accept standard returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or choose the wrong scent.
Damaged or Cursed Items: If your candle arrives broken (shattered glass), your crochet item is structurally flawed, or there is a clear "critical fail" in the manufacturing, we will make it right!
Timeline: You must notify us within 14 days of the delivery date.
Resolution: We will send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
🗺️ 4. Lost in the Wilderness (Shipping Issues)
If your tracking info says "Delivered" but your package is nowhere to be found, we recommend checking with your local town guard (Post Office) or your neighbors first.
TTCC is not responsible for items stolen by wandering rogues after delivery. * If the package is lost in transit (no tracking updates for 14+ days), please contact us so we can investigate the trail.
✉️ 5. How to Initiate a Claim or Return
Whether you rolled a Natural 1 on shipping damages or need to return your Runic Dice, follow these steps to open a ticket with the Guild:

Gather Evidence: For damages or "critical fails," take clear, well-lit photos of the damage and the original packaging.

Send a Raven: Email us at Support@shoptankstreasures.com with your Order Number, the reason for the request, and your photos (if applicable).

The Verdict: We will review your claim and notify you of the approval, rejection, or next steps (such as issuing your Runic Dice return label) within 3-5 business days.
