📦 Shipping Policy: The Logistics of Loot

Welcome to the shipping manifest for Tanks Treasures Candle Company (TTCC). Below you will find the details of how we teleport our goods from our guild to your tavern.

1. Digital Goods (Crochet Patterns)

Processing Time: Instant. Our PDF crochet patterns are delivered via "Arcane Teleportation" (Email). As soon as your gold is accepted at checkout, you will receive a download link in your inbox. No physical shipping is required for these items, and there are no shipping fees.

2. Physical Goods (White-Label Candles)

Because our candles are custom-poured and printed just for you through our white-label partners, they require a bit of "casting time" before they ship.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your candle to be created and packaged.

  • Shipping Time: Once the "Alchemist" has finished your candle, shipping usually takes an additional 3 to 5 business days within the United States.

  • Tracking: As soon as your candle hits the road, we will send a "Raven" (email) with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

3. Shipping Rates

We calculate shipping at checkout based on the weight of your loot and the distance it has to travel. From time to time, we may offer "Free Shipping" spells for orders over a certain gold amount—keep an eye on our homepage for those announcements!

4. International Quests

Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. If you are an international adventurer, shipping times may take significantly longer (2–4 weeks), and you may be responsible for "Taxes and Tributes" (Customs/Import fees) required by your local kingdom.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) takes possession of your package, the journey is in their hands.

  • If your tracking says "Delivered" but you don't see your package, please check with your neighbors or your local post office.

  • TTCC is not responsible for packages stolen from your porch.

  • If your package is lost in the wilderness (tracking hasn't moved for 14 days), contact us at Support@shoptankstreasures.com and we will help you track it down.
