Welcome to the shipping manifest for Tanks Treasures Candle Company (TTCC). Because our treasury contains legendary items from our own forge, the Weaverās loom, and our trusted Guild Partners, your loot may ship from different armories. Below are the details of how we teleport our goods from our guild to your tavern.
šÆļø 1. The Alchemistās Forge (TTCC Candles)
Because our candles are custom-poured and crafted just for you through our white-label alchemy partners, they require a bit of "casting time" before they ship.
Processing Time: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your candle to be created and packaged.
Shipping Time: Once the Alchemist has finished your candle, shipping usually takes an additional 3 to 5 business days within the United States.
Tracking: As soon as your candle hits the road, we will send a "Raven" (email) with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
š§¶ 2. The Master Weaverās Loom (Crochet & Patterns)
Aly, our Master Weaver, provides both ancient knowledge and physical companions.
Digital Goods (Patterns): Processing is instant. Our PDF crochet patterns are delivered via "Arcane Teleportation" (Email). As soon as your gold is accepted at checkout, you will receive a download link in your inbox. No physical shipping is required for these items, and there are no shipping fees.
Physical Crochet Creatures: Hand-woven companions are prepared and shipped directly from our Indiana workshop.Ā
š² 3. The Vault of Runic Dice (Partner Loot)
Our premium resin and gemstone dice are shipped directly from the Runic Dice armory to ensure the fastest delivery to your table.
Processing Time: Orders are normally shipped out the same or next business day.
USA Shipping: We offer FREE USA SHIPPING on all Runic Dice orders! Delivery time is around 2 to 5 business days from the day of shipping.
š¦ 4. Split Cargo & Shipping Rates
Because we source the best loot from different creators, your items may arrive in separate shipments at different times.
USA Orders: Dice always ship free. Shipping for Crochet items will be updated once the owl picks up your loot! You will also receive an email with tracking.Ā
šŗļø 5. International Quests (USA Shipping Only)
At this time, the Tanks Treasures guild only ships loot within the United States. We do not offer international shipping for our candles or handmade crochet creatures.
Seeking Runic Dice outside the US? If you are an international adventurer looking to purchase our partner's dice, please visit their direct armory at runicdice.com to place your order, as their guild is fully equipped to handle international customs and taxes.
š“ā ļø 6. Lost, Stolen, or Wayward Packages
Once the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) takes possession of your package, the journey is in their hands.
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you don't see your package, please investigate with your neighbors, your local post office, or check for hidden traps on your porch.
TTCC is not responsible for packages stolen from your porch by wandering rogues.
If your package is truly lost on the voyage (tracking hasn't updated for 14 days), contact us at Support@shoptankstreasures.com and we will help you track it down!
