📜 DMCA Takedown Policy: The Protection of Lore

Effective Date: 1/19/2026

At Tanks Treasures Candle Company (TTCC), we respect the intellectual property of creators—from the master weavers of crochet patterns to the alchemists of scent. Aly’s designs are her "Sacred Lore," and we take the unauthorized distribution of our digital scrolls very seriously.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to notices of alleged infringement that are reported to our designated agent.

1. Reporting Infringement (For Copyright Owners)

If you believe that your work has been copied or used on our site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please send a formal "Raven" (notice) to our DMCA Agent. Your notice must include:

  • A Physical or Electronic Signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

  • Identification of the Copyrighted Work claimed to have been infringed (e.g., a link to your original pattern or artwork).

  • Identification of the Infringing Material on our site that you want removed, including the specific URL.

  • Your Contact Information: Address, telephone number, and email.

  • A Good Faith Statement: That you believe the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.

  • An Accuracy Statement: That the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

2. Unauthorized Redistribution of TTCC Lore

Please be advised: Aly’s PDF patterns are for personal use only. If we discover our patterns being redistributed, sold, or shared on external "Taverns" (websites, forums, or social media groups) without our express written permission, we will issue a DMCA Takedown Notice to those platforms immediately to protect our craft.

3. Contact Our Agent

All DMCA notices should be sent to: Email: Support@shoptankstreasures.com Subject Line: DMCA Takedown Request

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake (for example, if you believe you had a license to use the material), you may send us a counter-notice. This must include your signature, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake.
