At Tank’s Treasures, every candle is poured with a story in mind. Whether it's a scent from the deep woods or a fantasy-inspired aroma, we strive for quality and satisfaction. Because our items are made-to-order and custom-crafted just for you, we’ve crafted this return and refund policy to be clear, fair, and built for adventurers like you.

🧾 Eligibility for Returns or Refunds We accept returns, replacements, or refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives shattered, damaged, or defective

  • The print/label is significantly different from what was ordered

  • You received the wrong item or scent (due to our error)

  • Your order was never delivered (after confirming with the shipping carrier)

You must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your item to be eligible. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

šŸ“ø How to File a Return or Refund Request To start a return, replacement, or refund:

  1. Email support@shoptankstreasures.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the item (showing the broken glass or defect)

    • A brief description of the issue

  2. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days.

  3. If approved, we will issue:

    • A replacement at no cost, or

    • A full or partial refund, depending on the issue

There’s no need to send the broken item back unless otherwise stated. (Please dispose of broken glass carefully).

šŸ›ļø Items NOT Eligible for Return Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Scent Preference: ā€œI don’t like the smellā€ or ā€œIt’s too strong/weakā€ (Scent is subjective, and we cannot resell a candle once it has been shipped)

  • ā€œChanged my mindā€ or ā€œDon’t like it anymoreā€ situations

  • Items that have been burned, lit, or used

  • Products marked ā€œfinal saleā€ or ā€œnon-refundableā€

  • Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by customer

šŸ” Exchanges Because every candle is made to order, we currently do not offer exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please read the scent descriptions carefully before purchasing.

🚚 Lost or Missing Packages If your package is marked as ā€œdeliveredā€ but you didn’t receive it:

  1. First, check with your neighbors or household members

  2. Wait 48 hours after the delivery scan

  3. Then contact us and we’ll help file a claim or send a replacement (if eligible)

If your order is lost in transit by the carrier, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost.

ā±ļø Refund Timeline If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
