At Tankās Treasures, every candle is poured with a story in mind. Whether it's a scent from the deep woods or a fantasy-inspired aroma, we strive for quality and satisfaction. Because our items are made-to-order and custom-crafted just for you, weāve crafted this return and refund policy to be clear, fair, and built for adventurers like you.
š§¾ Eligibility for Returns or Refunds We accept returns, replacements, or refunds only under the following conditions:

The item arrives shattered, damaged, or defective

The print/label is significantly different from what was ordered

You received the wrong item or scent (due to our error)

Your order was never delivered (after confirming with the shipping carrier)
You must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your item to be eligible. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
šø How to File a Return or Refund Request To start a return, replacement, or refund:

Photos of the item (showing the broken glass or defect)

A brief description of the issue

Our support team will respond within 1ā2 business days.

If approved, we will issue:

A replacement at no cost, or
-
A full or partial refund, depending on the issue

Thereās no need to send the broken item back unless otherwise stated. (Please dispose of broken glass carefully).
šļø Items NOT Eligible for Return Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Scent Preference: āI donāt like the smellā or āItās too strong/weakā (Scent is subjective, and we cannot resell a candle once it has been shipped)

āChanged my mindā or āDonāt like it anymoreā situations

Items that have been burned, lit, or used

Products marked āfinal saleā or ānon-refundableā

Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by customer
š Exchanges Because every candle is made to order, we currently do not offer exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. Please read the scent descriptions carefully before purchasing.
š Lost or Missing Packages If your package is marked as ādeliveredā but you didnāt receive it:

First, check with your neighbors or household members

Wait 48 hours after the delivery scan

Then contact us and weāll help file a claim or send a replacement (if eligible)
If your order is lost in transit by the carrier, weāll gladly replace it at no cost.
ā±ļø Refund Timeline If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5ā10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
