At Tank’s Treasures, we deliver gear built for the wild — and we aim to get it to you quickly and reliably. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

🚚 Shipping Times

Because many of our items are made-to-order, shipping times include both production and delivery:

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping Time (USA): 4–9 business days after production

  • Shipping Time (International): 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Please note: delivery times may be extended during holidays or peak seasons.

💵 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the item(s) ordered.

  • Free shipping promotions may apply and will be clearly noted.

🧾 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. You can also track your order by logging into your account or contacting us.

📦 Split Shipments

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, your order may arrive in separate packages. No worries — each item is tracked and on its way.

⚠️ Delays or Delivery Issues

  • If your package is delayed or missing, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, wait 48 hours, then email us for help.
