At Tank’s Treasures, every product is made with adventure in mind. Whether it's a rugged hat or a color-changing camping mug, we strive for quality and satisfaction. Because many of our items are made-to-order and custom-printed just for you, we’ve crafted this return and refund policy to be clear, fair, and built for explorers like you.
🧾 Eligibility for Returns or Refunds
We accept returns, replacements, or refunds only under the following conditions:

The item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective

The item is significantly different from what was ordered

You received the wrong item, color, or size (due to our error)

Your order was never delivered (after confirming with the shipping carrier)
You must contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your item to be eligible. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
📸 How to File a Return or Refund Request
To start a return, replacement, or refund:

Your order number

Photos of the item (showing damage/defect)

A brief description of the issue

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days.

If approved, we will issue:

A replacement at no cost, or
-
A full or partial refund, depending on the issue

There’s no need to send the item back unless otherwise stated.
🛍️ Items NOT Eligible for Return
Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of most of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Wrong size, color, or style ordered by the customer
(Please refer to the size chart before ordering) -
“Changed my mind” or “Don’t like it anymore” situations

Items that have been used, washed, or worn
-
Products marked “final sale” or “non-refundable”
-
Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by customer
🔁 Exchanges
Because every product is made to order, we currently do not offer exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect. For sizing, please check our sizing guides carefully before purchasing.
🚚 Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

First, check with your neighbors or household members

Wait 48 hours after the delivery scan

Then contact us and we’ll help file a claim or send a replacement (if eligible)
If your order is lost in transit, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost.
⏱️ Refund Timeline
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
